Once the cake is cooled, crumble and mix in 1 container of icing....
(I used straight chocolate, but I think I'm going to try Vanilla vake and party chips next time!)
Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place on a sheet pan. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or freezer for 15-30 minutes!I liked the freezer best, because I dipped the balls in chocolate they would set up faster, which looks nicer!
While they are in the freezer take 4 cubes of Almond Bark/Chocolate Coating and heat as instructed.
OR
I have found that the crockpot heats the chocolate just find without ruining it!
I added red food coloring to Vanilla Almond Bark to make it pink for Valentines!
The trick for dipping the Cake Pops is to set in the crockpot and drip a large spoon of chocolate completely over the top, and use that same spoon to pull out! I didn't really like a thick coat of chocolate so I let it drip a little before pulling it out!
Now Wrap Them Up Cute and Give em' away!
Enjoy!

I will possibly be calling for tips, thinking of doing Conference Cake Pops (instead of cupcakes this time) for the primary kids..
