Satoshi is our Exchange student from Japan, some refer to him as our Son! He came to Utah to learn English and currently attends the University of Utah. He is a great kid and actually speaks English quit well.
He has been studying English for 7 years, but just like any language it is easier to be thrown into it to learn, so we are having fun with it! I am learning/slaughtering the Japanese language and he learns new English words every day!
So far, we have been to the rec. center for rock climbing and ice skating!
Bowling was fun and Satoshi won both times!
Because we are showing Satoshi new things, everything is a lot more exciting for us as well.He will be with us until December so it will be a lot of fun to show him all the wonderful things about Utah, our traditions and lastly our American Culture!
